Influences of Body Image 
-Puberty 
-Rapid change in the body reduces self confidence in the person’s ability to meet with the public, hence, trying to fit with the crowd and being involved with different acts to reshape body image.

Eating Disorders 
-Bulimia  - Eat large amounts of food then trigger their body to expel the food from the themselves so that the body is tricked into feeling full but the food is taken out before energy and nutrients are absorbed and changing body image. 
-Affects on body: bad teeth, esophagus damage from acids, lack of nutrients 
-Anorexia - Hardly eat at all or forces themselves to eat very very little to reduce the amount of weight increase. 
-Affects on body: lack of nutrients, lack of energy, weakness, more prone to disease
